At Spares Kenya, we strive to supply high-quality automotive parts for Honda and Mazda vehicles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited return option under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 4 days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The packaging must not be opened, tampered with, or removed.
Only non-electrical automotive parts are eligible for return.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Electrical or electronic parts (including sensors, switches, modules, etc.)
Items that have been installed, used, or modified
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned after the 4-day return window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
Call us on 0701128868 within 4 days of purchase.
Provide receipt and reason for return.
The item must be returned to the designated Spares Kenya return location.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Inspection and Verification
Once the returned item is received:
Our technical team will inspect and verify the condition of the product.
Verification ensures the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

5. Refunds

If the return is approved:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was supplied incorrectly by Spares Kenya.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive:
The wrong part, or
A defective product
Please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
